Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced 2nd line technical support to end-users and customers through various channels.
  • Install and configure hardware and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Prioritize and resolve service requests and incidents efficiently in a ticketing system.
  • Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Maintain and track IT assets.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and maintaining detailed documentation for common technical issues and solutions.
  • Proactively monitor network and system performance, identifying potential problems and implementing preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and specialists to tackle technical problems and projects.
  • Assist in meetings as needed.
  • Adhere to security and compliance protocols, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar position.
  • English (min. B1) and Polish (min. C1) languages.
  • Ability to provide technical support and resolve IT issues.
  • Knowledge of M365 applications and services.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Open and helpful attitude.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working independently and in a team.
