Wealth & Personal Banking IT (WPB IT)
WPB teams bring together expertise from across the HSBC network to build a world class Mobile Application and Website. We have Agile specialized Development Teams who can respond to customers’ needs almost immediately.
Our recruitment process comprises of an online value assessment (10 minutes), followed by an initial phone screening and one or two conversations with the hiring manager.
Significant experience in Aris (Software AG). Experience in Process Modelling, Aris Process Governance, Process Mining and dashboarding capabilities
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical background, understanding the basics SDLC principles, and Data space.
Min 4 years of work experience with an extensive background in the role of platform lead or similar with strong understanding of the ARIS tool.
Ability to build collaborative relationships, facilitating, challenging, and bringing ideas together to solve problems.
Ability to work in a virtual team environment across geographic boundaries and cultures.
Excellent analytical ad problem-solving skills.
Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills. Ability to work on own initiative.
Experience running meetings in English over video or teleconference.

,[Create platform portfolio based on the Business Requirements in cooperation with the Product Owner., Drive execution of new functionalities implementation based on the requirements and tool capabilities in line with HSBC Group policies., Validate product features specifications to enable delivery for the technical teams., Assure clear translation between Business expectation and technical possibilities to set the expectations to the long-term goals across all the stakeholders., Manage, monitor, and mentor the Technical Teams throughout the implementation of features, changes and requests as well as make recommendations to influence decision-making to maintain the platform in the most effective and Business value focused way., Co-ordinate activities within a delivery team which may consist of more than one team (including suppliers / subcontractors), collaborating with the Technical Product Manager to negotiate technical dependencies.] Requirements: ARIS, Process modelling, Process Governance, Dashboarding, Process Mining, SDLC Tools: Agile.
