Business Continuity Planning Specialist - Protection and Resilience Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Conduct cross-functional IT and non-IT incident assessments.
Manage Business Continuity, Crisis, Protective Security, Global Incident, IT Service Continuity, Outsourcing, and Emergency Response.
Share incident management info and conduct trainings within AZP Group.
Produce stakeholder-centric incident reports with data visualization.
Support DORA implementation for integrated incident management.
Perform threat intelligence on Allianz’s Partners.
Enhance crisis management exercises and improve BU crisis readiness.
Participate in Protection & Resilience projects.
Monitor BU review and self-assessment tasks.
Collaborate with Group centers and BUs to mitigate key person risk.
Our requirements Relevant University degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of international standards and certifications.
Strong MS Office and fluent English skills.
Minimum one year of IT experience with business analysis or strategy development.
Analytical, independent, and precise working style.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and work in virtual, international teams.
Strong communication and training facilitation skills.
Able to work autonomously under pressure.
Willingness to travel internationally and participate in incident monitoring outside usual hours.
