Key Requirements
3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in IT
Strong experience in designing, implementing, and developing web applications
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and prioritize client needs
Proven experience in system integrations and functional consulting
Hands-on knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Advanced English communication skills, both client-facing and internal
Proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for technology and solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in the e-learning sector, particularly with LMS systems
Knowledge of Moodle or Totara platforms
