Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst I to join our team at Shiji Group. As a Business Analyst I, you will be responsible for high-level and end-to-end process analysis, solution modeling, and scope decomposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document business requirements and end-to-end processes for analyzed changes
  • Analyze and document dependencies, impacted areas, and solutions selected for implementation
  • Facilitate product workshops and high-level analysis for changes impacting multiple domains
  • Maintain and develop the Functional Architecture Documentation Library
  • Identify improvements and optimizations across the requirements analysis process
  • Mediate between domains and support System Architects in finding optimal solutions for planned changes
  • Consult with Product Owners and Product Managers on system-wide impact and dependencies of planned changes

Qualifications
  • University degree and a minimum of 4 years' work experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional/System Architect, or similar in a software development environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and abstract thinking skills
  • Ability to create clear and meaningful documentation of requirements and implemented features
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking for problem-solving
  • Ability to use BPMN and UML frameworks to build self-explanatory diagrams
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to stay focused and switch to deep work in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
  • Self-organization and professional 'get it done' attitude and work ethic
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new business areas, technologies, and products
  • Ability to take responsibility for projects, find creative solutions for problems, and pass projects to responsible Product Owners
  • Ability to be flexible and align different requests from various stakeholders within the organization
Nice to Have
  • Experience in modeling based on DDD dogmas
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in work with distributed system architecture
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the hospitality IT
