**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst I to join our team and contribute to the development of a distributed system serving the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**

  • Perform requirements analysis, documenting, and communicating results to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather critical information and produce valuable reports.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and developers to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized product backlog based on business value and ROI.
  • Coordinate with other teams to deliver distributed functionality and ensure the team has a sufficient workload.
  • Analyze market trends, user needs, and product roadmaps to drive informed decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST API.
  • Database understanding (SQL skills).
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM team.
  • Fluent in English.
