What you'll be doing

As a Financial Reporting Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing and working with a team of specialists who are developing an enterprise intelligence platform by gathering and providing financial data. This role requires a strong financial background, good analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with little supervision and tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Research and complete topical analyses on companies and sectors, e.g. financial and operational metrics analysis on selected sector groups
  • Gather and review financial data, as well as monitor and improve data quality throughout the platform

Project management skills are also essential, as you'll be responsible for assigning tasks and setting deadlines, tracking and reporting project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our key partners on behalf of the team.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • Thorough understanding of financial data - financial statements and financial indicators
  • Experience in a finance-related position, in team and task management
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision and tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills
  • Resilience to monotonous tasks

Salary

2880 - 3360 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.
