Chief Financial Officer

Goldman Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Group CFO to join our client's team in Katowice, Poland. As a key member of the Management Board, you will be responsible for overseeing the finances of the entire group, with a focus on the CEE and DACH regions.

• Develop and implement long-term budgets and business plans to drive financial growth and decision-making.
• Shape the organization's financial strategy, including securing debt financing and maintaining relationships with financing institutions, banks, and investors.
• Collaborate with Private Equity funds to drive financial performance and growth.
• Advise on cash flow management, including assessing currency and credit risk.
• Oversee the optimization of the cost structure, financial liquidity, and working capital.
• Prepare management reports and presentations of financial results for the Supervisory Board and external investors.
• Lead the treasury, controlling, accounting, and tax planning functions.
• Define the optimal structure of work and achieve business goals.

• At least 10 years of experience in management positions in finance, preferably in international manufacturing or energy industries.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and collaborate with Private Equity funds and the Supervisory Board.
• Extensive knowledge of financial management, controlling, and management accounting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and other business departments.
• Fluent German language skills are a must.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA are a definite advantage.
