Manager Group Internal Audit Miejsce pracy: Poznań Recruitment for For one of our key clients – SSC of a manufacturing company based in the center of Poznań – we are looking for a Manager Group Internal Audit
Your responsibilities Conducting financial, operational, and process audits independently across all subgroups and functional areas both domestically and internationally.
Leading audit teams, taking responsibility for audit execution and outcomes.
Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of current control systems (including ICoFR and ITGC) and ensuring process compliance.
Coordinating audit findings and proposed improvements with the management of the audited units/functions.
Enhancing business processes and developing recommendations to boost profitability.
Continuously improving audit systems and actively participating in audit planning for the upcoming year.
Carrying out special audits, such as those related to fraud, non-compliance, and other urgent investigations.
Presenting audit findings to the management or board of the audited areas.
Ensuring timely implementation of agreed improvement measures by the relevant departments.
Developing and refining efficient audit methodologies.
International business trips.
Reporting directly to the Head of Group Operational & Financial Audit.
Employer requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the internal audit department of an international corporation.
An independent and proactive work style, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
Strong understanding of business processes, combined with several years of experience in internal auditing within a global company.
Proficiency in international accounting standards and data analysis tools such as ACL, MS Access, SQL, Python, etc. Proficient use of SAP and MS Office.
Business fluency in English.
Successful completion of further training in the field of Internal Audit, such as CISA, CISM, CIA, ACFE, CRMA, CPA.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise risk management and forensics.
Strong analytical skills for quickly understanding complex issues and drawing appropriate conclusions.
