Summary
Are you a master's student in an IT-related field with a strong interest in project management? We're looking for a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented student to join our Global Capabilities team as a Project Management Student Assistant . This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and develop the skills needed to grow into a Project Manager role. You will be working alongside a global team, contributing to projects at the intersection of people, processes, and technology.

About You
We’re looking for a master's student currently pursuing a degree in an IT-related field, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. To succeed in this role, you should:
Be passionate about pursuing a career in project management and have a clear vision of how this role supports your long-term goals.
Have experience with office tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel (familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus).
Be eager to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies related to project management.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both local and international team members and stakeholders.
Be proactive, self-motivated, and keen on contributing to ongoing project management initiatives.
Have a foundational understanding of project or program management principles.
Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Bonus Qualifications
Prior experience in IT project management or related fields is an advantage.
