Enablement / Marketing Specialist

responsibilities :
This role is pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of our internal sales and renewal teams by providing top-notch training sessions, creating compelling communications, and actively engaging with stakeholders to promote the adoption of our internal data tools.
Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions to internal teams
Craft compelling and clear communications, including emails and presentations, to promote tool adoption, feature updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with the program team to understand tool capabilities and updates, ensuring accurate and effective training content.
Organize and lead enablement sessions
Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns or initiatives to increase platform engagement and adoption

requirements-expected :
Experience in a training, enablement, or communications role (in IT environment)
Strong presentation and communication skills (English)
A positive, proactive attitude, with a passion for working with people
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly language.
Background in IT, marketing, or a related field preferred.
