about-project :
We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our Client's remote team.
You will help our prospective customers envision their technical ambitions and challenges being resourcefully met by our products, services, and partners. You will support our sales organization on pre-sales to win new clients and upsell. This position provides you with various opportunities for professional development, including attending training and conferences, engaging with partners, and building relationships. Your insights from user conversations will assist us in refining our products through collaboration with our Engineering and Product teams. You will also work on in-house Product Experience department projects aimed at providing a better product experience for customers, partners, and employees.

responsibilities :
Identify and understand customer needs and interpret customer’s requirements to define the  most suitable solution for them.
Build strong and positive relationships with customers and partners at various levels.
Assist to communicate customer needs and priorities to relevant teams internally.
Gain & provide insights across all areas of a customer project, from organization,  architecture, development to operation.
Provide pre-sale activities including participation in technically oriented meetings. Co-operate  with customers/partners remotely and on location.
Help provide professional and extensive technical answers on tenders, RFP’s (“Request for  Proposal”), and RFI’s (“Request for Information”).
Develop pre-sales engineering content (presentations, demos, webinars) on our products for customer and partner audiences.
Design solution and an architectural concept that convey a proposed solution, how it  will be engineered, and how it integrates with other vendors.
Develop PoC’s (“Proof of Concept”) to reflect customer’s business requirements & run product demos for end clients/partners.
Build a library of technical reference material.
Understand competitor’s solutions and produce comparison reviews.
Deliver consultancy or discovery workshops to produce business case benefit documents.
Assist in ensuring that the customer can serve as a valuable reference.

requirements-expected :
Web technologies, e.g: PHP, Twig, Symfony, JavaScript, Webpack, SCSS,
Working knowledge of Ibexa DXP and/or eZ Platform and/or eZ Publish; Symfony framework,
Practical knowledge of application integration (patterns, tools, solutions, approaches),
Knowledge of web application architecture, Software Engineering principles, practices & tools,
Experience with building and communicating with remote APIs: REST and GraphQL,
Prior experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL and Linux CLI,
Revision control source code repositories (e.g. Git),
Insight into Cloud and/or Virtualization, PaaS technologies, iPaaS technologies,
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Good prospective customer relations & presentation skills.
Ability to easily understand customer problems, what they want to accomplish, and why.
High standard of work ethic.
Focus on results and outcomes, used to occasional fast paced work environments.
Experience with agile principles and projects.
