responsibilities :
You will adapt the ServiceNow system to the needs of our customers through configuration and forms programming
You will take care of system housekeeping, mainly release and security updates
You will advise customers on the possibilities of the ServiceNow
You will analyze customer requirements and show possible implementation variants in the system
You will define and document processes related to ServiceNow as a platform

requirements-expected :
Master's Degree in the field of Information Technology or comparable field of study
Personality: able to work in a team, outgoing, flexible, communicative, and assertive
Independent and goal-oriented working style
Several years of professional experience in IT, preferred in the area of ServiceNow as a consultant/administrator role
Very good knowledge of ServiceNow technology, ITIL and IT administration, in-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and system technology (especially ServiceNow), certifications in ITIL would be an advantage
Administration skills in ServiceNow, good presentation skills
Very good knowledge of English, German would be a plus
