Contract Management Specialist with Dutch/French/German/Italian Miejsce pracy: Katowice Your responsibilities Collecting and organizing data relevant to contracts, such as terms, conditions, parties involved, and key dates,
Adhering to the record retention guidelines outlined in the iCCM process,
Creating or assessing documents that outline changes to existing contracts, such as amendments or modifications,
Keeping track of all change requests related to contracts in a centralized log,
Assisting both internal team members and external clients with any questions or concerns they have regarding contracts.
Our requirements Good knowledge of Dutch/French/German/Italian (B2),
Good knowledge of English (B2),
Experience or background in contract management/legal administration or similar fields,
Practical knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint,
Higher education or student status (Finance, Law, Business Management, International Relations, Philology, or similar fields).
