Przy szybkim rozwoju oferty produktowej i platformy XTB, kluczem do sukcesu jest zwiększenie poziomu automatyzacji testów.

Poszukujemy doświadczonego i wizjonerskiego Lidera zespołu QA. Będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za zdefiniowanie strategii QA, budowanie i zarządzanie zespołem inżynierów/ek automatyzacji testów oraz zapewnienie najwyższych standardów jakości i niezawodności oprogramowania. Od kandydatów oczekujemy myślenia strategicznego z wykorzystaniem dużej wiedzy technicznej i umiejętności przywódczych.

W tej roli będziesz raportować bezpośrednio do Technical Platform Director. Do Twoich głównych zadań należeć będzie:

Opracowanie i wdrożenie strategii automatyzacji kontroli jakości zgodną z celami firmy
Kierowanie, mentoring i rozwój kilkuosobowego zespołu QA Automation
Projektowanie i nadzorowanie wdrażania frameworków i narzędzi do testów automatycznych
Zapewnienie aby procesy kontroli jakości były wydajne, skalowalne i zgodne z najlepszymi praktykami branżowymi
Współpraca z zespołami obejmującymi rozwój IT, zarządzanie produktami i operacje, aby płynnie zintegrować procesy kontroli jakości z cyklem życia oprogramowania
Koordynacja implementacji procesów i standardów kontroli jakości w całym dziale IT
Definiowanie i monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników w celu pomiaru skuteczności wysiłków w zakresie automatyzacji QA
Ocena, wdrażanie narzędzi, technologii w celu poprawy wydajności i efektywności zespołu QA
Komunikowanie strategii zapewniania jakości, postępów i wyników kierownictwu na wszystkich poziomach
Przygotowywanie i przedstawianie raportów dotyczących jakości i wiarygodności wydań naszego produktu

Wymagania:
Minimum 4 lat doświadczenia w zapewnianiu jakości oprogramowania , ze znaczącym udziałem w automatyzacji kontroli jakości
Minimum 2 lata na stanowisku lidera
Dobra znajomość procesów i metodologii tworzenia oprogramowania, w tym Agile i DevOps
Znajomość architektury mikroserwisów
Znajomość różnych warstw protokołów komunikacji (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket, gRPC )
Znajomość narzędzi do automatyzacji i frameworków
Znajomość języków programowania pozwalających na pracę z frameworkami automatyzacji testów (np Java, Python, Java Script)
Doświadczenie z narzędziami CI/CD, takimi jak Jenkins, GitLab lub podobnymi
Doskonałe umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i dbałość o szczegóły
Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne

Mile widziane będzie Twoje doświadczenie w branży FinTech.
