Logistics Specialist with German focus on global customs (f/m/d) Miejsce pracy:
Warszawa Your responsibilities Check import, export, and EU deliveries of duty unpaid goods for conformity according to customs documents and instructions (e.G. number of packages, customs seal) Coordinate clarifications with experts for non-conformity Act self-responsible for example selecting the appropriate customs procedure, the nature of transaction Determine the customs value on your own Prepare customs declarations (e.G. HS-code, functional purpose, value, etc.) for tax return with focus on financial factor and submit to next levels of approval Provide the data and documents required for the import and check them for plausibility and obtain the missing data from internal/external business partners to follow customs deadlines Prepare the monthly reports for the Federal Statistical Office and even submit it directly in the exceptional handling for Sweden Cooperate closely with various internal departments and external business partners (globally). Our requirements If you:
Are good in written and verbal communication in German (C1) and English (B2) Have completed commercial training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or Have proven min. 2 to 3-years-experience in logistics area Have further knowledge in supply chain management is a plus We want to continuously optimize our processes, which is why you have a high affinity in this field and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics Are familiar with ERP systems - preferably SAP and MS Office applications Act detail-oriented, prioritizing quality and accuracy to achieve successful outcomes Keep the overview even in stressful situations Are a team player, actively listening to others showing a constructive attitude Have a confident appearance in dealing with internal and external partners Are willing to travel upon request and necessity (up to 10%) What we offer Work in a company that sets quality standards Great independence in action;
