Your mission 2023 has been a big year for hyperexponential. Our profile is growing rapidly, and our customer base with it. We have tonnes of exciting features to develop and we want to deliver more of them in parallel, sooner, safer, than we've ever done before. To make sure we're set for the future we're going to be looking at all our systems, refreshing most of them and reworking the rest to get us ready for anything. It's a deeply exciting prospect for us, and your mission will be to help us deliver this
The Engineering Velocity team’s mission is to empower engineers to deliver better, faster, and safer, by continuously improving existing processes and introducing innovative tools and initiatives. We’re scaling up fast, and will need efficient tools and processes to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and empower our teams to innovate effectively.

We offer

Required e xperience and skills Experience building internal platforms and tooling to support faster development
Mastery over one or more programming languages such as Python, Rust, Go.
Strong DevOps experience, with working knowledge of AWS, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and management of internal tooling.
Proven background of working with Engineers to understand their problems and design high impact solutions
Proven track record of taking ownership of projects, driving initiatives forward, and delivering tangible results.
Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder management skills
