In a nutshell
The purpose (in a nutshell) of the Marketing Cloud Expert role is working as a vital part of the IPF Digital Hub CRM team that plans, executes and analyses multi-channel campaigns in 6 IPFD markets.

Skills
Fluent in verbal and written business English
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, Teams, face-to-face)
An advanced ability to plan, implement and refine complex and diverse user journeys
Programming skills
Ability to work on the pressure of tight deadlines
Goal oriented
Project Management skills
Knowledge
Advanced Knowledge of SQL queries and their role in relation to Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of HTML for emails
Knowledge about Email deliverability
AMPScript
Experience
Extensive experience using Marketing Cloud, experience with other Salesforce products highly desirable
Extensive experience in marketing automation
At least 3 years of experience in multi-channel campaigns with Marketing Cloud (a must)
Qualifications
Information Technology (generally technical university) as preferred education profile
