Who you are:
A designer who is looking to grow with 2-4 years of meaningful design experience in product focused projects
Experience using design thinking methods to validate and ship meaningful user experiences
Experience participating in usability tests and design sprints
Ability to communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas
Proficiency with standard industry design and prototyping tools to convey design solutions
Ability to communicate technically with cross-functional partners
A portfolio of outstanding product work that showcases strong visual design, interaction, and typographic skills
