Fluency in Polish and English language
Fluency in German language
Previous experience in the recruitment (1.5 years)
High level of communication and negotiation competencies
Solution orientation and independency in a decision-making process
Ability to multitask and work under time pressure
Experience in using ATS systems and LinkedIn Premium (other tools are nice to have)
Attention to detail and understanding of the role of effectiveness in the recruitment field
A can-do attitude; as a team, we like to focus on solutions and are often able to work out even seemingly impossible problems
Knowledge of MS Office at a good/very good level

Nice to have:
Experience in conducting recruitment processes in the BPO/SSC sector
If you live in Warsaw- that would be great, because we could see each other from time to time in our office.

,[Managing the full recruitment process, from the hiring manager briefing to the candidate offering , Cooperating with EB and Sourcing Specialist to produce engaging, comprehensive job descriptions and adverts for each role, following recruitment requirements , Identifying and engaging passive talent and leveraging multiple sourcing channels. , Conducting phone and video interviews , Checking the tests and language level of candidates , Ensuring that candidates stay well-informed and supporting them at every stage of the recruitment process , Managing the hiring manager experience by regular hiring updates and presenting high-quality candidates , Cooperating with HR department, HR Administrator and T&D department to ensure hiring process finalization and smooth onboarding , Provide necessary reports to Recruitment Manager and operating the systems supporting recruitment processes (ATS) , Monitoring labor market trends to make sure our approach and practices are ahead of the game , Continuously improving our recruitment processes by cooperating with the team ] Requirements: Additionally: Sport Subscription, Private healthcare.
