We are looking for an experienced business systems analyst for our client, with expertise in the field of electronic payments and experience in IT projects involving system integration at the level of system analysis. Several years of experience in implementing projects for the banking sector. Solid knowledge of banking architecture and solutions. Proficiency in Payment Orchestration. Basic knowledge of 3-D Secure (3DS). Hands-on experience in the field of electronic payments (beyond just integrating payment gateways into e-commerce solutions). Experience in IT projects involving system integrations, with a strong focus on system analysis. Expertise in conducting client workshops during the Discovery phase (designing from scratch). Familiarity with legal regulations and standards impacting business processes in banks. Fluent English (C1/C2 level). Experience in business and system analysis. Knowledge of UML and BPMN. Teamwork and strong communication skills. Critical thinking, problem-solving, proactivity. Responsibilities:
Gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients or internal stakeholders, such as management, project teams, or external IT service providers. Developing and optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency and improve company performance. Creating functional documentation to ensure the project team understands business requirements. Implementing processes and tools that enhance the efficiency and quality of project team work. Providing analytical support during the design, development, and testing phases of IT systems.
