The role purpose is to drive an increase in high-quality inbound leads through the content marketing.

Accountabilities:
Develop and produce compelling written and multimedia materials, such as blog posts, website content, whitepapers, case studies, podcasts, and videos;
Conduct in-depth research to understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identifying their needs and challenges to tailor content strategies effectively;
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to devise and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and goals, and enhances product strengths;
Regularly update social media channels and the company website, ensuring ongoing SEO optimization;
Monitor content performance using analytics tools, adapting strategies based on performance data to increase content efficacy and marketing impact;
Work synergistically with the Performance Marketing Specialist and coordinate with internal and external teams to create multimedia elements.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in content creation roles such as Content Specialist, Copywriter, or Product Marketing Specialist, within the startup(s) preferably in the digital health space;
Comprehensive knowledge of content distribution channels including search engines and social media platforms, with a strong grasp of SEO;
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible content;
Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and research;
Familiarity with the Digital Health market and B2B SaaS environments;
Basic knowledge of content performance metrics and analytical tools;
Proficiency in media editing software for both photo and video;
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards creative problem-solving and innovation.
