We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with an engineering background to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of design expertise and technical acumen, ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments and has experience designing for complex, engineering-driven products. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders—to create intuitive, efficient, and technically sound user interfaces that enhance the user experience for technical applications.
Note : Candidates with direct experience in engineering-driven environments will be prioritized.

Over 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Professional with a focus on B2B application design.
Strong professional portfolio showcasing technical application designs, user journeys, and personas.
Specialized expertise in applications for engineering use cases with a focus on handling complex data.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design tools.
Excellent graphic design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to conduct design workshops and customer interviews to gather insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Proven ability to understand and translate complex engineering concepts and data structures into usable, intuitive designs.
