Deliver and maintain applications based on Change Requests and Projects-Supporting and operating the internal software deployment and the necessary Microsoft Infrastructure (Intune, SCCM, UEV, APP-V, etc.)
Creating and configuring operating system images, software packages and take over the planning of rollouts in an application owner role
Supporting together with the team in 2nd and 3rd level support, administrative task, needed documentation as problem management for Workplace technical issues
Being involved in the selection and testing of new IT technologies and driving our IT projects forward-Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, including ticket handling and application/IT solution monitoring
Perform IT service trainings and 2nd-Level Helpdesk activities together with the IT Service team
Work in the role of a Technical Application Manager and in its tasks and activities

requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Practical experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and MS Intune
In-depth IT knowledge in Windows Clients, Active Directory, GPO, and software packaging
Independent, self-organised, with high business acumen
Very good communication skills and Stakeholder management skills
Previous experience in 2nd/3rd level support of IT environments and IT Projects
Very good English language skills. German skills are helpful
