Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support on WPB Trading system in DevOps methodology
Assisting with systems integrations
Managing tickets with system query and ensuring and providing the resolutions
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the system if need
Communicate with business user, to resolve production incidents and queries.
Provide Application incident on-call support during off business hours - Provide Weekend/Public Holiday Application Support per BAU
requirements-expected :
A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline
Knowledge or working experience on Application Support or Development, preferably in an enterprise or a global environment.
Strong problem solving skills - Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision
Good Communication and interpersonal skills, should able to communicate directly to
Business User and onshore partners.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, multi-roles and time management skills
Experience of Windows/Linux/DB2/Oracle/MQ/IBM Websphere
Hand-on experience HTML, JavaScript, Java, Spring, J2EE, MVC and DB2/PostgreSQL technologies
Able to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and rapid learning capability
