Purpose Of Role:
Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall project deliverables are met on time and on budget. Project Manager works with Project Team, SMEs, stakeholders & sponsors, Project Management Office (PMO)  and Programme Director to coordinate project planning and execution.
Specific Duties:
Project Management/ Change Management
Manages projects in their complete life cycle i.e. from Initiation through Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling and Closing
Takes complete responsibility for all areas of project with the greatest focus on Scope Management, Time Management and Resource Management
Takes responsibility for managing change in the organization by the means of: Tracking and responding to user feedback regarding changes and implementation process
Assumes overall responsibility for and follow up on the project execution until the product is implemented and utilized.

Specific Qualifications / Skills:
Core requirements
Excellent project management skills, good project management/ change management experience and training.
Knowledge of Project Management Institute Standards or certification according to PMI will be a considerable advantage.
Excellent managerial skills - ability to manage people on tight time frames.
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
Strong relationship management skills
Other
MsOffice suite skills
Fluent spoken and written English is a must
Level Of Education:
Higher education in relevant area (Business, Finance, IT Tech).
Previous Level Of Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services and/or implementation related experience.
