About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at State Street. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall project deliverables are met on time and on budget. You will work closely with the Project Team, SMEs, stakeholders, and sponsors to coordinate project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects in their complete life cycle, from initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing.
  • Take complete responsibility for all areas of project, with a focus on scope management, time management, and resource management.
  • Manage change in the organization by tracking and responding to user feedback regarding changes and implementation processes.
  • Assume overall responsibility for and follow up on the project execution until the product is implemented and utilized.
Requirements
  • Excellent project management skills and good project management/change management experience and training.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Institute Standards or certification according to PMI is a considerable advantage.
  • Excellent managerial skills, with the ability to manage people on tight time frames.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • MsOffice suite skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
