- Eliminacja problemów z danymi (braki, opóźnienia, jakość) w działach klienta, zaczynając od Inwestycji. Zrozumienie wymagań, koordynacja działań oraz monitorowanie ich wdrożenia.

Zbieranie i analiza problemów z danymi (braki, opóźnienia, jakość), dokumentowanie wymagań oraz koordynowanie działań naprawczych z interesariuszami i monitorowanie ich wdrożeń.
Opracowywanie produktów danych analitycznych, zarządzanie słownikiem danych, definiowanie wskaźników biznesowych oraz rekomendowanie rozwiązań w ramach projektu.
Organizowanie sesji analitycznych, przygotowywanie szablonów decyzyjnych, monitorowanie działań w JIRA oraz prowadzenie spotkań z interesariuszami.
Koordynacja działań właścicieli danych, użytkowników oraz specjalistów w celu skutecznej realizacji projektów.
requirements-expected :
Min. 5 lat doświadczenia jako Business Analyst lub w pokrewnych rolach.
Doświadczenie w branży ubezpieczeniowej lub pokrewnej.
Doświadczenie w pracy z interesariuszami i umiejętność współpracy z międzynarodowymi zespołami Agile.
Umiejętność zarządzania całym procesem od zbierania wymagań po projektowanie rozwiązania i nadzór nad wdrożeniem.
Znajomość zarządzania danymi oraz zrozumienie instrumentów finansowych.
Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne i rozwiązywania problemów, doświadczenie w optymalizacji procesów.
Płynna komunikacja w języku angielskim, znajomość innych języków (np. niemiecki) będzie dodatkowym atutem.
