Definiowanie wizji produktu i strategii rozwoju,
Zarządzanie backlogiem produktu i priorytetyzacja zadań,
Współpraca z zespołami deweloperskimi, UX/UI oraz marketingiem, sprzedażą, CRM,
Analiza potrzeb użytkowników i rynku,
Rekomendowanie rozwiązań mających na celu poprawę konwersji,
Ustalanie kryteriów sukcesu i praca na KPI – monitorowanie postępów i efektywności wprowadzanych funkcjonalności,
Negocjowanie zakresu prac i terminów z interesariuszami biznesowymi.

requirements-expected :
Doświadczenie w roli Product Ownera/Project Managera w Digital Marketingu,
Doświadczenie w pracy w metodyce SCRUM,
Doświadczenie w e-commerce w obszarze budowania portali sprzedażowych,
Zdolność do identyfikacji potrzeb biznesowych i przekładania ich na koncepty produktów cyfrowych,
Znajomość rynku i trendów związanych z projektowaniem stron i aplikacji,
Zdolność do prowadzenia przekonującej argumentacji i skłaniania innych do swoich stanowisk,
Umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji z zespołem developerskim oraz UX/UI,
Umiejętność budowania prezentacji wyników dla osób w Zarządzie.
