Do Strix szukamy Delivery Managera, który jest zorientowany biznesowo i ma praktyczną znajomość branży e-commerce. Osoba na tym stanowisku zarządza efektywnym funkcjonowaniem rozbudowanego projektu e-commerce. To stanowisko wymaga wiedzy merytorycznej, umiejętności przywódczych i budowania relacji, zdolności do identyfikowania najbardziej efektywnych rozwiązań dla naszego klienta.

responsibilities :
Skuteczne i kompleksowe zarządzanie pracą projektów oraz zespołu.
Planowanie i optymalizacja zasobów niezbędnych do realizacji projektu.
Planowanie, monitorowanie i zarządzanie budżetem projektu.
Dbanie o rentowność projektów, zapewniając, że są one prowadzone zgodnie z harmonogramem, budżetem i założoną jakością.
Definiowanie i wdrażanie usprawnień w obszarze pracy projektu zgodnych z celami i polityką firmy.
Wsparcie zespołów w zakresie optymalizacji metod pracy.
Wsparcie i koordynacja pracy Project Managerów.
Uczestnictwo w rozmowach z klientami, w celu lepszego zrozumienia oczekiwań biznesowych.
Dbanie o dobre relacje i wymianę wiedzy w zespole.

requirements-expected :
Min. 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami IT.
Znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego na poziomie min. B2.
Znajomość biznesowych i technicznych aspektów działania branży e-commerce (m.in marketplaceów, rozwiązań headlessowych).
Wysokie umiejętności analitycznego i logicznego myślenia.
Umiejętność sprawnej współpracy z dostawcami 3rd party na rzecz spełnienia celów projektowych klienta.
Doświadczenie w pracy z projektami e-commerce w warunkach integracji z wieloma systemami w ramach architektury IT.
Symultaniczne zarządzanie kilkoma różnymi zagadnieniami projektowymi.
Umiejętność efektywnego i skutecznego planowania zasobów, planowania finansowego, kontroli i raportowania.
Rozumienie technologii, które są wykorzystywane w organizacji.
Umiejętność szybkiej oceny i podejmowania decyzji.
Umiejętność skutecznej komunikacji i budowania relacji z klientami i zespołem opartych na zaufaniu.
Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zmianą i ryzykiem.
Poczucie odpowiedzialności.
Dyspozycyjność do obecności na kluczowych spotkaniach w naszym krakowskim biurze.
