responsibilities :
Leading meticulous implementation, customization, and optimization of MES platforms.
Overseeing end-to-end MES solution implementation, from requirements gathering to optimization.
Troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring seamless MES system operation.
Analyzing manufacturing processes, proposing innovative MES-driven solutions for enhanced productivity and quality.
Facilitating interoperability between MES and other IT & OT systems for real-time data exchange.
Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to align MES solutions with business objectives.
Keeping abreast of MES technologies and industrial trends for continuous improvement.
Managing change initiatives, system migrations, and upgrades in manufacturing environments.
Implementing robust change control processes and ensuring stakeholder communication.
Coordinating with various teams to achieve successful MES implementations.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge & experience with MES software systems, including implementation, configuration, customization & optimization.
Proficiency with leading MES platforms such as DELMIA, Siemens SIMATIC IT, Wonderware MES, or equivalent.
Experience integrating MES systems with ERP, PLM, and Automation technologies.
Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, regulations, Industry 4.0 principles, and cybersecurity protocols for compliant MES implementations.
