Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Business Analysis

Your responsibilities, Creates close alignment with the cross-functional business teams, IT and the product managers to ensure that the reporting products and processes work together to achieve expected business results, Engages in all facets of the creation of reports, Supports planning process all the way to reporting refresh execution, Acts as a liaison with the Product Team to propose enhancement requests for process improvement, Develops business processes & tools, strive for continuous improvement, Works with IT and Solutions teams in requesting and developing new system requirements, Executes Unit Acceptance Testing and work with IT Testing team to identify defects/issues, Takes care of documentation for all the process/reports that are in place/are active, Responds to requests (tickets) incoming from internal and external customers, Adds value to the business by finding issues/recommending changes, Supports larger team’s continuous improvement projects with technical skills, Responsible as back-up to all other team members, Performs other duties as required, Experience working with IT teams in root cause analysis and formulating new requirements for development releases as needed
5 or more years of experience in Database Management, business analysis, and reporting, Extensive/Advanced SQL and database knowledge, Working knowledge in DML/DDL SQL syntax, Familiarity of Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedure, Triggers, Cursors, etc), Ability to debug and analyze SQL queries, BI Application (Tableau Server/Power BI) super-user experience, Expertise in report design and graphical representation of data, Customer-focused, with experience in a production support environment, Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (demand planning, BOM, replenishment orders, etc), Others: VBA / Cron Jobs /any high level programming language in order to enhance analytical capabilities, Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel), Experience in high pressure environment work through critical issues with quick deadlines desired, Ability to manage and prioritize different tasks, effectively balance priorities, and be accepting of ambiguity, Ease in gaining business acumen, Sense of owning part of a complex supply chain management business, Manage cross-country relationships, Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to juggle different tasks, effectively balance priorities, and be accepting of ambiguity, Ability to sufficiently teach and train others on system and business processes
