2+ years of proven experience in data sourcing and lead generation, preferably with experience in the US and EU markets.
B2 level of English is required to guarantee the quality of the information in database, as well as data sourcing process velocity and quality of interaction with colleagues.
Robust understanding of the ABM approach, its structure, and long-term goals. As well as the value of a qualified database in its successful implementation.
A deliberate sense of ownership of tasks in the long run, having a product mind with excellent self-management skills and a focus on great results.
Proficiency in using of misc data sourcing and enrichment tools and technologies, both manual and automated, to source, clean, and enhance data effectively.
Experience working with large volumes of information, while maintaining high velocity of data sourcing process, as well as quality of data in the database.
Strong analytical skills and zero brain-fog tolerance. Ability to perform detailed analysis at scale and interpret information while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Any background in information technologies as well as experience in setting automations will be treated as a strong advantage.
