About the project The role consists of managing the development and the maintenance of the Back Office system and its interfaces with all the Société Générale’s ecosystem (accounting, risk, datalake, etc.). This software is a global application deployed in multiple international places. As a versatile Technical Leader in IT, you will oversee all aspects of the technical environment within your team, from business analysis to production.

Our requirements At least 10 years of experience in a position related to Software Engineering
Technical knowledge:
• Java language (target)
• API (target)
• Java frameworks: spring, springboot, springbatch
• Angular
• Micro-services
CI/CD tools
• Github
• Jenkins
• Sonar
• Docker
Leadership skills
Development methodology / Craftmanship and knowledge of Agile development practices
Language
• Fluent in English
High analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with flexible approach
Curiosity
Open to explore other technologies (Java will remain the primary one)
Able to work autonomously, take initiatives and challenge & improve legacy
