The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated  Branding Tech Lead to join our dynamic digital team and manage a portfolio of circa 50 websites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for setting high standards in web development. This role involves optimising our development and delivery processes, ensuring top-tier code quality, fostering collaboration between development and design teams, and ensuring our web applications meet the latest standards in performance, security, and accessibility. You will manage a small team of web developers and collaborate closely with marketing, branding and design teams.  You will also have plenty of opportunities to interact with a truly global team. This role entails travels to India.

Skills & Experience Experience in people management (minimum of 3 years).
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, extensions like SCSS and TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks like React and Next JS, libraries like Tailwind CSS and GSAP, build tools like Webpack or Turbopack, as well as understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API standards.
Experience with various CMS platforms (including headless CMS solutions) and in implementing them.
Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and front-end performance tools.
Deep understanding of web security principles and practices.
Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
Expertise with Git and other version control systems.
Good understanding of backend technologies.
Proficient with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail down to pixel-perfect execution.
A team player, willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves with some design work or other tasks needed to keep a project moving.
You give and receive feedback well, supporting and improving the work of your colleagues as well as your own.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, with English at least on B2 level.
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Experience working in international teams will be a plus.
