We are seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversion.
You will be responsible for analyzing marketing data and creating reports that support our strategic goals. Collaborating daily with the Marketing team, you will strive to achieve common business objectives. As part of your duties, you will also monitor and analyze campaign results, implementing improvements and recommending the best tactics.

Your responsibilities:
Creating multichannel campaigns: web push, email, mobile push, InApp, and on-site
Coordinating the company's marketing activities
Testing automation rules
Monitoring and reporting campaign results
Participating in marketing strategy planning
Advanced audience segmentation

You're a perfect match for the role, if you:
Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
Have excellent knowledge of Google Analytics
Have experience in operational activities using the Synerise tool
Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Have experience using tools such as Salesmanago, User.com, Insider, Salesforce, WebEngage, or Bloomreach
Understand the principles of dynamic content
Have English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level, both spoken and written
Are responsible, communicative, and self-reliant
Can work well in a team and are focused on effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
Can effectively plan and execute projects
Can analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns
