We are seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will design, implement, and optimize multichannel campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversion.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing marketing data, creating reports to support our strategic goals, and collaborating with the Marketing team to achieve common business objectives. You will also monitor and analyze campaign results, implementing improvements and recommending best tactics.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in a similar position, excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, and experience with operational activities using the Synerise tool. A basic understanding of HTML and CSS is also required, as well as proficiency in tools such as Salesmanago, User.com, Insider, Salesforce, WebEngage, or Bloomreach.

You should be responsible, communicative, and self-reliant, with strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills. Effective project planning and execution, data analysis, and marketing campaign optimization are essential for this role.

Our estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. We offer a hybrid or remote workplace model, providing all necessary work resources, including a laptop and/or phone.
