responsibilities :
Own the delivery of the team's initiatives while guaranteeing the consistent delivery of high-quality software, meeting both technical standards and customer expectations
Provide technical expertise and direction to the team, helping troubleshoot complex issues and contributing to architectural decisions
Promote continuous improvement to sustain operational excellence through agile and engineering best practices
Collaborate with the Product Manager and relevant stakeholders to align team deliverables with strategic business goals to maximize customer value and anticipate market trends
Maintain clear and effective communication with peers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
Participate in recruitment and retention of individual contributors, and actively manage individual growth and performance through constructive evaluations and personal development plans

requirements-expected :
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide team members. Able to manage team dynamics, build relationships, and build a cohesive team environment
Strong software development proficiency in any leading technology, preferably Python
Understanding of software architecture and systems design, including the ability to contribute to architectural decisions and practical experience in microservice architecture
Proficient knowledge of agile and lean practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks, and able to combine these methodologies with project management tools to enhance team performance
Ability to analyze metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve processes
Experience in working with a DevOps mindset, with practical experience in best practices like TDD, CI/CD, and Observability
Proficiency in English at least at B2 level.
