responsibilities :
zarządzenie i efektywna realizacja projektów z zakresu IT,
zarządzanie rozwojem oprogramowania wewnętrznych systemów i ich funkcjonalności,
zarządzanie wydajnością i optymalizacją procesów IT oraz projektów software (budowa oprogramowania),
kompleksowe zarządzanie bazami danych,
efektywne i skuteczne zarządzanie zespołami programistów i IT,
analiza i raportowanie efektywności projektów software do Zarządu.

requirements-expected :
doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami programistycznymi i rozległą strukturą IT
umiejętność stosowania metodyki wytwarzania oprogramowania (SCRUM)
znajomość języków programowania (.net, RUBY, PHP)
doświadczenie w zakresie integracji systemów informatycznych,
umiejętności przywódcze z nastawieniem na współpracę oraz budowanie długotrwałych relacji w zespołach
praca pod presją czasu
doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami
