Your tasks: Active search for new suppliers
Building and maintaining positive business relationships with both domestic and foreign suppliers preparing requests for proposals
Analyzing received offers and selecting the best suppliers negotiating terms of cooperation with suppliers in order to obtain the best commercial conditions and optimize purchasing costs placing orders in the SAP system
Ensuring the completeness and correctness of data solving any problems related to orders, including delivery delays or product quality cooperation with the company's internal teams
Ensuring smooth purchasing processes and supporting business activities

Expectations: Advanced communication skills and the ability to cooperate with various departments in the company
Ability to conduct commercial negotiations and build business relationships
Advanced work organization and problem-solving skills
Proactive problem-solving skills
Experience working within SAP system and MS Office
Fluency in English
Driving license cat. B
Good to have: German language skills
