Wynagrodzenie: 8000 - 9000 zł netto + VAT

Czym będziesz się zajmować w SentiOne?
HR i ludzie - wsparcie naszych codziennych inicjatyw i projektów nastawionych na budowanie kultury organizacyjnej i dobrego miejsca pracy
Rekrutacja - samodzielne prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych - od publikacji ogłoszenia po zatrudnienie
Onboarding - planowanie, prowadzenie i usprawnianie procesu wdrożenia nowych osób do SentiOne
Employer Branding - prowadzenie projektów skierowanych na integrację i budowanie kultury organizacyjnej, w tym organizacja eventów, dni tematycznych i wszelkich innych celebracji :)
Rozwój  - koordynacja projektu internal knowledge sharing, wsparcie w organizacji workshopów i tworzenia ścieżek rozwojowych
Kadry - dodatkowe zadania z tego obszaru jak np. współpraca z biurem kadrowym nad przygotowaniem dokumentów, zbieranie podpisów, uzupełnianie puli urlopów w Calamari

Co oferujemy?
8000 - 9000 zł netto + VAT na b2b - widełki zależą od Twojego doświadczenia w pracy w HR. Chcemy zatrudnić osobę, która wpasuje się w nasz zespół i chce sie rozwijać w tym obszarze. Brak "3 lat doświadczenia" nie jest dla nas blockerem.
