In this prominent leadership role, you will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities, which primarily encompass the planning, implementation, and management of our comprehensive marketing strategy and execution. Your primary goal will be to work closely with our commercial department to deliver sales results across European markets.
This role demands a high level of strategic thinking, a deep understanding and skills to implement marketing processes, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving common business objectives.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing technology, collaborating closely with top managers to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with E100 Group business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement (hands-on) a strategic marketing plan in partnership with product line management, corporate and regional marketing, IT/Digital, and commercial teams in each region.
Oversee corporate communications, branding, content creation, events, digital marketing, customer engagement, affiliate marketing, and sponsorship.
Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, continuously improving the marketing function, including talent, structure, processes, tools, and techniques.
Set specific objectives for the marketing organization and measure the commercial and brand impact of marketing initiatives through clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
Understand the competitive landscape and identify approaches to differentiate our value proposition and USP in the marketplace.
Manage relationships with agencies and external marketing partners to accelerate marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with channel partners to create demand for our products among end users in various markets.
Manage the global marketing budget as planned, working closely with regional executives to optimize marketing spending.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing leadership experience.
Expertise in marketing technology stack design and implementation.
Ability to lead and develop a team of 20 people or more.
Strategic thinking and high business acumen.
High level of project management and cross-functional skills, ability to build relationships and trust in the organization.
Ability to drive change and engagement.
Understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies.
Good knowledge and understanding of digital systems and tools such as CRM, SEO, marketing automation, and digital analytics with a focus on the latter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in lead generation is preferred.
Proficiency in Polish and English is a must.
