We are seeking a Lead System Administrator to join and lead our IT department. We have five well-equipped office spaces located in different countries equipped with network infrastructure, and various types of equipment such as laptops, monitors, servers, routers, and more. Despite that, we use various cloud services and platforms such as GSuite, AWS, GitLab, Jira, and others. Our team of two system administrators will work under your guidance to develop and maintain all of these systems.

YOUR ROLE Lead and manage the IT department, including supervising and coaching team members;
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of our IT infrastructure, equipment, and software;
Managing the IT budget, which includes planning for expenditures on hardware, software, and other resources, as well as monitoring and controlling costs;
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners;
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and requirements;
Provide support for day-to-day operations on physical and cloud-based servers and networks;
Manage our cloud services and platforms, such as GSuite, AWS, GitLab, Jira and others;
Support users with daily issues.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial position;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner;
Windows Server, Active Directory, Power shell;
Linux, bash;
VMWare ESXi;
DevOps methodology, CICD understanding;
Network and routing, VPN (Mikrotik, RouterOS);
Jira, Confluence as a user;
B2+ level of Polish;
C1 level of English.
