Take ownership of recruiting for Corporate roles across financial services departments (Compliance, Finance, Dealing, Sales etc) Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Proactively identify and source high-caliber candidates through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate engagement to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process Leverage market insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and build long-term talent pipelines Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on candidate market trends and recruitment best practices. Requirements:
At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Financial Services and/or Trading Deep knowledge of compliance, finance, and corporate hiring in the financial services sector Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Expertise in sourcing passive candidates in niche markets Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and attention to detail English B2 Level Polish or Russian B1 Level would be a plus What you will get in return:
