Corporate Clients' Onboarding Director

- Strategic development and execution: lead the creation and implementation of the company’s strategy, aligning actions with overarching business goals and market demands.
- Operational excellence: collaborate with LoD2 to ensure regular information exchange, monitor processes, and implement necessary optimizations to meet LoD2 requirements.
- Financial oversight: oversee budget management and monitor financial performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objective.
- Innovation and process optimization: drive the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality service standards in collaboration with the Global Onboarding Directors and LoD2.
- Risk management: make informed credit decisions, identify potential operational risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the robustness of the organization.
- Leadership and team development; communicate organizational goals, provide leadership and support to the team, and ensure compliance with credit risk policies and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement to minimize turnover and enhance team performance.
- Stakeholder relations: build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring effective communication and feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery.
- Organizational development: support the development of a leadership culture and employee growth in alignment with Arval values, undertaking additional tasks as directed by the GM to align with the company strategic initiatives.
- Educational background: Master’s degree, preferred within Management, Economy, Finance or a related field;
- Experience:
- a minimum of 5 years of experience in team management;
- at least 4 years of experience in project management;
- at least 5 years of independent work in the area of credit analysis
- Language skills: fluency in spoken and written English;
- Technical and analytical experience:
- knowledge of credit analysis, capable of independently performing complex tasks, introducing changes, and solving unconventional problems;
- experience in managing areas related to Corporate Clients, Regulatory, Compliance, Know Your Client (KYC), and Credit Analysis;
- Regulatory and compliance literacy: ability to work with and implement relevant regulatory requirements and best practices;
- Risk management skills: in-depth understanding of risk management principles and practices, including the ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks, and establish effective controls;
- Project management proficiency: demonstrated ability to plan , execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
- Commitment to continuous improvement: proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation and streamlining onboarding process. Strong commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
