Warszawa Your responsibilities Handle daily rate and tender / RFQ enquiry Exchange information with shipping companies and packing sheds to keep abreast of market changes Find solutions for customer inquiries and are responsible for preparing quotes in the area of sea freight export & import Contribute in cost and price calculations for having competitiveness Maintain a close exchange with the LX Pantos Europe network and take care of price inquiries from abroad Monitor bid conditions and lead the tender activities, Execute the European pricing strategy derived from the great ocean plan Collaborate with sales teams in selling cycles to achieve the business deals as well as advise them on specific customers and offers Our requirements Minimum 3 years of proven ocean freight experience in Shipping, NVOCC or Freight Forwarding industries, pricing or sales/customer service experiences in sea-freight products would be an advantage Previous knowledge of freight solutions and quotation Ability to communicate at all levels of business and across cultures and nationalities Excellent negotiation skills with carriers Proficiency in spoken and written English and Polish (Korean if possible) Proactive, Analytical thinker, details-minded, innovative, independent and problem solving Deep knowledge on global bid management and ocean freight rates/services Confident in using the common MS Office products Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes life insurance corporate products and services at discounted prices holiday funds employee referral program LX Pantos Poland Sp. z o.O.
