As Application specialist, you will be reporting to our Global CFO and support and troubleshoot issues, analyzing systems, auditing or verifying data and testing and evaluating between software, and may work with specialized applications or cloud solutions that need to be customized to our organization’s unique environment. We are looking for a vibrant, high-energy, proactive and detail-oriented with experience in various applications, with an analytical mindset and good communication skills.
responsibilities :
Assist internal request of workflow management and supporting the team in our HR system & Finance System
Liaising with system vendor
Customizing of HR & Finance systems per management request
Assist in any ad hoc requests/project
requirements-expected :
2-5 years of overall experience in Windows environment
Critical-thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, other HR & Finance applications will be beneficial
Financial background and process-oriented (wide-ranging area of finance, not only accounting)
Ability to navigate operating systems
Knowledge of Zoho Application, MS Navision, MS PowerBI and Jet Report will be an added advantage
Strong analytical skills with attention to details
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Hands-on approach, independent and resourceful in solution delivery
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Fast learner to pick up the company’s various HR & Finance applications; and able to handle system installation
Adhere to company standards, policies and procedure
Willing to work with a wide variety of cultures
Willing to travel overseas when require
