2 years or more of previous service management and/or IT project management experience in multicultural international work environment.
Display a general understanding of modern and legacy IT landscape, including general orientation in the topics like data warehouses, ETL, databases, containerization, Snowflake, Python, Splunk, DataStage, mainframes, network, windows/Linux.
Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex initiatives.
Self-driven and oriented on achieving the goal overcoming obstacles.
Experience in stakeholder management and facilitation towards task completion.
Effective collaborator, sharing information and acting on tasks in an adaptable manner to meet all needs and requirements together with the team, with great communication and networking skills.
,[You will co-lead extensive IT service for business critical Capital Reporting area in accordance with ITIL best practices., You will cooperate closely in BizDevOps spirit with IT Development and Business teams responsible for changes and projects to ensure well prepared changes and new systems ready for IT operations and further maintenance., You will safeguard on daily basis applications' operations, availability, continuity, security and compliance with internal and external requirements., You will be co-responsible for incident, problem and change management, ensuring there high quality and timeliness in line with KPIs and SLAs., You will oversee the external vendors and internal teams to ensure best of class service and smooth productional operations., You will provide regular reports of the IT service., You will drive internal communication across many stakeholders responding to their varying applications related queries., You will coordinate work of Business and IT specialists on complex technical issues, guiding team in solving problems., You will be involved in managing risks and in audits., As an Application Management team member you will contribute to further improvement of application management processes aligned with company strategies, principles and frameworks.] Requirements: Project management, Stakeholder management, Service Management Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects.
