Business Continuity Third Party Risk Expert Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities ensuring that business continuity risks regarding third party are properly managed within ERGO from a 2nd Line of Defence (LoD) perspective and acting as a sparring partner to the 1st LoD
reviewing control assessment questionnaires from Business Continuity Risk perspective (Subject Matter Expert role)
guiding, consulting and challenging the business in the course of carrying out and documenting risk assessments of the assigned third party relationships with respect to the business continuity perspective
supporting the steady development and maintenance of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework within ERGO and its alignment with new regulatory requirements from Business Continuity Perspective
organizing and conducting information sessions for stakeholders involved in the Business Continuity Management regarding TPRM lifecycle topics for the local Risk Management Functions of the international entities
Our requirements fluency in English (min. C1)
university degree preferably in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Information Security, Audit or similar
initial professional experience in Business Continuity Management or experience in a related field
in-depth knowledge and understanding of current and future regulatory requirements, such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and initial experience of external best practice in TPRM for continuity planning
ability to work independently on new TPRM topics and integrate and align them with the BCM Framework
strong team player and supportive partner to a wide range of stakeholders
Optional basic German knowledge
