responsibilities :
Pełnienie roli pierwszej linii wsparcia dla codziennych zapytań i problemów użytkowników z obszaru SAP CO
Zarządzanie danymi podstawowymi w module CO
Odpowiedzialność za prawidłowość ustawień w bazie danych i ich zgodność z wytycznymi koncernowymi
Aktywne wsparcie procesu budżetowania i zamknięcia miesiąca
Proponowanie, przy współpracy z biznesem, usprawnień istniejących w organizacji rozwiązań SAP
Współpraca z korporacyjnym Centrum Kompetencyjnym SAP i zgłaszanie koniecznych zmian w systemie
Testowanie wdrożonych rozwiązań SAP oraz ich dokumentowanie
Udział i wsparcie systemowe w projektach wdrożeniowych – współpraca z Kluczowymi Użytkownikami i Konsultantami SAP z innych obszarów przy projektach cross-modułowych
Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie szkoleń dla nowych i obecnych użytkowników,
Tworzenie wewnętrznych procedur i dokumentacji z obszaru SAP CO

requirements-expected :
Wykształcenie kierunkowe ekonomia, finanse
Co najmniej 4 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Key User CO, Kontroler lub podobnym
Praktyczna znajomość procesów SAP CO i umiejętność technicznego opisu wymaganych usprawnień systemu
Znajomość integracji SAP CO z innymi modułami SAP (FI, MM, SD, PP)
Znajomość cykli produkcyjnych, cykli związanych z wynikiem, alokacji kosztów, kalkulacji kosztów wytworzenia
Znajomość operacji na MPK, zleceniach statystycznych
Doświadczenie w firmie produkcyjnej
Ogólna znajomość procesów Core Finance oraz SAP FI
Operatywność, dociekliwość w poszukiwaniu przyczyn błędów oraz rozwiązywaniu problemów
Rozumienie procesów operacyjnych i biznesowych
Praktyczne doświadczenie we wdrażaniu rozwiązań SAP we współpracy z innymi Key Userami
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, preferowany poziom B2 lub wyższy
